Peter Hitchens on Barack Obama @ 02:04 pm

We found this article from Peter Hitchens at Daily Mail via Nemo2, a commenter at Politico. It's not new, but it's the best article we've read yet about the Chicago-style political background of Barack Obama.

Apparently the Clinton Campaign has sussed out the part of Mr. Hitchens' article that refers to Mr. Obama's connection to William Ayars and Bernardine Dohrn. The Weather Underground members eluded the FBI during the the 70s after a series of bombings and attempted bombings. They were never indicted. Dohrn and Ayars went on to become college professors. They were part of the Chicagoland activist political scene when Barack Obama visited them with his mentor in their home early in his political career.

While the New York Times attempts to make a scandal out of anonymously sourced gossip about John McCain, they continue to ignore the radical connections and sympathies of Barack Obama. It's got to have Hillary Clinton asking, Where is Anthony Pelicano when you really need him?
